11. [DENN591] Robert Denny married (at Stonham Parva, 17th September 1568) [MOWS592] Martha Mowse. They had at least five children born and baptised at Stonham Parva as follows:
Margaret (baptised 9th December 1569);
Robert (baptised 2nd March 1571-72);
10. [DENN602] Mary (baptised 2nd July 1575), see later;
Anne (baptised 20th April 1578);
Thomas (baptised 6th November 1580).
Robert the elder (a yeoman) died at Stonham Parva (c.1619, but the relevant page in the parish register is missing), leaving a will (proved September 1619) in which he also referred to his godson, Robert Gosling, the son of Thomas Gosling, in other words also his grandson. A lot of his possessions were itemised, for example his wife Martha was to receive "the bedstead in the entry chamber of my house where I now dwell". Martha Denny "widow" died at Stonham Parva (buried there September 1638).
