29. [MANI441] Godred crovan [=white hands], King of Man and the Isles (1079-95), King of Dublin (1091-94). He died 1095.
28. [MANI451] Olaf Godredson the red (born c.1085, younger son of Godred), King of Man and the Isles (1114-53), married Affrica (daughter of [GALL361] Fergus of Galloway, see GALLOWAY). Olaf was murdered at Ramsey (1153) by his nephew Reginald.
27. [MANI462] Ragnhild (illegitimate daughter of Olaf) married (1140) [BUTE461] Somerled (see BUTE LORDSHIP). According to the Chronicles of the Kings of Man and the Isles, she was the cause of the collapse of the entire Kingdom of the Isles.
