The Picts originally had a matrilineal succession, though the names of the women were not usually given. Differing versions appear for the first 4 generations.

48. [PICT141] Guithno/Guipno.
47. [PICT151] Nechtan II was King of the Picts (602-21) and also King of Strathclyde (612-21).
46. [PICT161] Bili married --- (sister of King Tulorian/Talorean of the Picts). Bili was King of Strathclyde (621-33).
45. [PICT172] --- (unnamed daughter of Bili) married [ENTF171] Entfidich (of unknown origin).
44. [ENTF182] --- (unnamed daughter of [ENTF171] Entfidich) married [ALPI181] Eochaidh II (see KINGS OF SCOTLAND).
There are a number of Pictish stones which have survived after over a thousand years.
