28. [ROLL351] Ilbert de Rollos (born at Roullours, c.1047), a Domesday tenant under Hugh of Chester.
27. [ROLL361] Richard I de Rollos (born c.1070, eldest son of Ilbert), married [MUSA362] Emma (daughter & coheiress of Enisant Musard, see MUSARD). He died 1129.
William de Rollos received the Barony of Bourne (Lincs) by Charter under King Henry I, the Barony have been in abeyance subsequent to Hugh de Evermer having had no issue. William too died without issue (1130), and the Barony then passed to his eldest niece Adeline, daughter of his brother Richard, who was by then married to Baldwin FitzGilbert.
