36.  [STAD301] Lothar I, Count of Stade, was one of twelve Counts killed in battle fighting the Danes near Ebstorf (2nd February 880).

35.  [STAD311] Lothar II (presumed son of Lothar I, without proof), Count of Stade, married Swanehild. He was killed in battle near Lenzen on the Elbe (5th September 929)

34.  [STAD321] Heinrich "der Kahle", Count of Stade, married 1. (c.946) Judith (daughter of Count Gebhard in Ufgau & Adela), died October 973; then 2. Hildegard von Reinhaussen (daughter of 35. Count Elli I). Heinrich died 11th May 976.
