9. [THIS611] Myles Thistlethwayte (born 1664) was most likely born at Dent, son of Richard, but there were two **Richard’s having children at Dent in the period. Alternatively (but less likely), Myles may have been born at Dent (1665), son of **Robert.
Myles married (at Dent, 13th April 1692) [MASN612] Elizabeth Mason (baptised at Dent, 22nd June 1668, daughter of 10. [MASN601] Richard Mason). They had six children born and baptised at Dent as follows:
Jane (baptised 16th October 1692);
**Richard (baptised 26th October 1694);
Isabell (baptised 28th February 1696-97);
Jeffrey (baptised 11th June 1699);
Timothy (baptised 19th October 1701);

[**It will be noted they had a son Richard, but no Robert, which tends to support the Richard theory, rather than Robert]
8. [THIS621] Myles Thisthlethwaite (born 1704) had an illicit relationship with [BRUM622] Hannah Brundle resulting in one child born at Manningham as follows:
7. [BRUM632] Martha Brundle (baptised at Bradford, 14th July 1723, see BRUNDLE), married (at Bradford, 29th September 1745) [KITS631] Edward Kitson (born 1719, see KITSON).
Later, Myles married (by licence, at Garsdale, 7th December 1726) Isabel Hodgson. They had one child:
Robert (baptised at Sedbergh, 18th December 1727).
Isabel died at Sedbergh (buried there 9th February 1748), and Myles died at Sedbergh also (buried there 21st October 1759).
