7. [WAYN631] Thomas Wayne married (c.1734-37) [HOOD632] Elizabeth Bell (born 1710, see HOOD), a widow. Elizabeth had previously married 1. (at Topcliffe, 11th April 1732) Henry Bell, and Henry had died at Catton (buried at Topcliffe, 14th May 1734).
Thomas and Elizabeth had four children at Catton, and baptised at Topcliffe as follows:
Anne (baptised 26th December 1737);
6. [WAYN642] Ellen (baptised 11th July 1740), see later;
John (baptised 15th March 1745-46), married (at Topcliffe, 23rd November 1767) Elizabeth Gibson;
George (baptised 15th March 1745-46), lived 1 month (buried at Topcliffe, 13th April 1746).
Elizabeth died at Baldersby (buried at Topcliffe, 26th September 1763), and Thomas (who was a weaver) died at Thorp Green (buried at Topcliffe, 20th June 1770).
