28. [WIMA421] Wimar aka Guihomar aka Wihormac (perhaps born at Gressenhall, Norfolk, 1051), married (1075) Gilla. He was a tenant of [BRIT371] Count Alan IV in Aske (parish of Easby), Harmby (parish of Spennithorne) and Leyburn (parish of Wensley), and several other holdings in Richmondshire (Yorkshire). He was also a tenant of [BRIT371] Count Alan IV in Fordham and elsewhere, e.g. (Cambridgeshire), and in Hickling and West Somerton (Norfolk). He was also sewer at Castle Acre (Norfolk) (at 1086) to [SURR411] William de Warenne (afterwards 1st Earl of Surrey, see SURREY (WARENNE) EARLDOM). He died before 1130.
